Job Title: Human Resources Specialist (MBA – HR)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist with an MBA in HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing and enhancing the organization’s HR processes, ensuring compliance with policies, and fostering employee engagement. You will collaborate with leadership and employees to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
· Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
· Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and resolving workplace issues.
· Design and deliver training programs to support employee development and performance improvement.
· Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
· Develop and update HR policies and procedures to meet legal and organizational requirements.
· Conduct performance appraisal cycles and provide feedback to enhance employee productivity.

· Familiarity with organizational development and change management.
