Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Pre-Sales Specialist for our HRMS software solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales, managing client relationships, and showcasing the value of our HRMS products. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, demonstrating technical expertise and a deep understanding of HR software solutions to address customer needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Activities:

· Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying leads.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

· Present and demonstrate HRMS software solutions to potential clients.

· Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.

· Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

· Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market developments.

Pre-Sales Activities:

· Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.

· Deliver product presentations, demos, and technical support during the pre-sales process.

· Prepare and customize proposals, RFPs, and presentations to address client needs.

· Gather feedback from prospective clients to contribute to product enhancements.

· Provide accurate and timely responses to technical queries from clients.

Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

· Understanding of HRMS software solutions and their application in various industries.

· Familiarity with HR processes such as payroll, recruitment, performance management, and compliance.

· Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales tracking software.

Soft Skills:

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

· Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, IT, or a related field.

· 0-2 years of experience in sales or pre-sales, preferably in HRMS or SaaS solutions.

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with cloud-based HRMS solutions.

· Knowledge of HR compliance and regulatory requirements.

· Certification in HR or sales-related programs is a plus.
